- Provide responsive customer assistance through phone, email, and online communication channels
- Help resolve scheduling concerns, booking revisions, and travel-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, confirmations, and reservation activity
- Stay informed on supplier updates, travel promotions, and company procedures through ongoing learning opportunities
