About the Position

We are seeking organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Client Scheduling Consultant. This role focuses on helping clients keep vacation arrangements on track by coordinating schedules, organizing reservation details, and ensuring important information is communicated clearly.

You will work with clients throughout the planning process, assist with researching suitable options, and monitor key dates and follow-up items. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client preferences, destination interests, travel dates, budgets, and special requests to understand their planning needs.
  • Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
  • Coordinate selected arrangements and maintain organized schedules, confirmations, reservation details, and itinerary information.
  • Monitor deadlines and pending items, provide timely updates, answer routine questions, and assist with standard schedule or reservation changes.
  • Keep client records accurate, verify important details, and continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and available services.
