Position Overview
We are looking for dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Services Agent. In this role, you will assist customers with researching vacation choices, organizing requested services, and managing important details throughout the reservation process.
Assignments may involve resort stays, cruises, family vacations, romantic trips, group experiences, tours, and international destinations. This opportunity is open to individuals who are new to the industry, with training and educational resources provided.
Your Role
- Speak with customers to identify their destination interests, schedules, preferences, and budgets
- Locate suitable accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, activities, and package options
- Review available choices and provide information that helps customers make selections
- Coordinate requested services using authorized reservation and supplier resources
- Process and organize reservation information and related documentation
- Provide customers with confirmations, schedules, and important pre-departure information
- Track outstanding items and follow up when additional information or action is required
- Check names, dates, services, and other reservation details for accuracy
- Assist with standard questions, modifications, and service requests
- Keep customer files and communication records current and organized
- Provide professional service through email, phone, and online communication channels
- Build knowledge of destinations, supplier products, seasonal offers, and industry updates
