About the Role

We are seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Remote Support Consultants. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation-related planning by researching suitable options, organizing requested services, and helping keep important details accurate and on schedule.

This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, working independently, solving routine issues, and managing information in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information about each client's destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
  • Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services through approved resources.
  • Support the coordination of selected arrangements and keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
  • Assist clients by answering routine questions, communicating updates, following up on pending items, and helping with standard changes or requests.
  • Review information for accuracy, monitor important dates, maintain organized client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
