Overview

We are currently growing our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Certified Travel Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking personalized travel experiences while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.

As a Travel Consultant, youll work with travelers to design well-organized vacations, coordinating everything from flights and accommodations to cruises, tours, and destination activities. Whether clients are planning relaxing beach getaways or exciting international adventures, youll help guide them through each step of the travel planning process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and want to build professional experience in the travel industry. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning customized vacations based on their interests and travel goals

• Arrange travel services including hotels, cruises, tours, and activities

• Provide destination recommendations and helpful travel insights

• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online platforms

• Coordinate reservations and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners

• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals

• Stay informed about travel promotions, new destinations, and industry updates

• Maintain accurate records of client profiles, itineraries, and reservations

Qualifications

• Interest in travel and creating positive travel experiences for clients

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable using computers and online systems

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must reside in the US, UK, 

  Mexico, the EU, or Australia

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Certification guidance and training will be provided.
