We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Beginner Travel Specialist. In this role, you will help clients plan and book memorable travel experiences — from relaxing beach vacations and cruises to exciting international getaways.

This position is designed for individuals who are new to the travel industry but eager to learn. Youll receive training, certification guidance, and ongoing support to help you build the skills needed to succeed while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Role

• Assist clients with planning domestic and international travel experiences

• Help book travel services including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages

• Provide helpful travel suggestions and destination recommendations

• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online platforms

• Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel documents

• Build strong relationships with clients that lead to repeat and referral business

• Recommend additional travel experiences such as excursions or upgrades

• Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry updates

Seeking

• Interest in travel and helping others plan great trips

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using computers and online platforms

• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks independently

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Must be 18 years of age or older
