Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm reservations through approved systems 
• Provide clear, professional communication via email and phone 
• Manage booking updates, adjustments, and client inquiries 
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation 
• Participate in virtual training sessions and team updates
