Position Overview

We are actively hiring Digital Travel Consultants to assist clients with researching, planning, and booking personalized travel experiences online. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, digital communication, and helping others create memorable vacations.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided. We are onboarding multiple candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and vacation packages

• Provide digital consultation via email, messaging platforms, and virtual appointments

• Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets

• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates

• Assist clients with modifications, cancellations, and travel inquiries

• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

• Stay current on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Customer service or sales experience preferred

• Comfortable working with online systems and digital platforms

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Reliable internet connection and computer access

• Must be 18+ years old

• Must reside in an eligible hiring region
