About the Role

Were expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Home-Based Trip Planning Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients with researching options, organizing personalized plans, and coordinating reservations all  from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with organizing and coordinating customized travel plans

• Research and confirm reservation options using approved systems

• Provide clear, accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client needs and budgets

• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms

• Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries efficiently

• Maintain detailed and organized client documentation

• Participate in team training sessions and virtual meetings

Seeking

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
