In this role, you will help clients navigate vacation-planning needs by identifying suitable options, coordinating requested services, and providing clear, dependable support throughout the process.

This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, researching solutions, staying organized, and handling multiple details at once. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's travel goals, preferred destinations, dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
  • Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
  • Help clients evaluate available options and coordinate selected arrangements while keeping booking details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
  • Respond to questions, provide updates, follow up on outstanding items, and help resolve routine planning or reservation-related concerns.
  • Review information for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
