Position Summary

We are seeking polished, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Luxury Concierge Specialist. In this role, you will provide personalized support to clients seeking elevated vacation experiences by helping coordinate arrangements, research premium options, and manage important details with care.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering attentive service, anticipating client needs, and creating a smooth planning experience from start to finish. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, lifestyle preferences, and special requests.
  • Research high-quality resorts, luxury hotels, cruises, transportation, private services, excursions, tours, and unique experiences using approved resources.
  • Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and keep confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information organized and accurate.
  • Provide concierge-style support by sharing updates, answering questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with routine adjustments or special requests.
  • Review arrangements for accuracy, track important dates, maintain detailed client records, and continue expanding your knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
