Position Overview
We are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Booking Consultant. In this role, you will help clients move from vacation ideas to confirmed arrangements by researching suitable options, coordinating selected services, and keeping important booking details on track.
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, comparing options, managing information, and staying organized in a remote environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
What You'll Do
- Speak with clients to understand their destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and any special requests.
- Review and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources.
- Help coordinate chosen services and maintain accurate confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
- Keep clients informed by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding details, and assisting with standard booking adjustments.
- Monitor important deadlines, review reservation information for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and continue building supplier and destination knowledge.
