Position Overview
We are seeking service-focused and organized individuals to join our expanding remote team as Client Support Holiday Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with coordinating holiday travel plans, managing reservation details, and providing ongoing support throughout the booking experience.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, working with details, and communicating professionally in a remote environment. Previous travel experience is not required, as training and ongoing guidance are provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with organizing vacations, holiday packages, cruises, and travel arrangements
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and package options using approved company systems
- Review travel confirmations and booking information for completeness and accuracy
- Provide clients with helpful recommendations and support based on travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
- Support itinerary modifications, reservation updates, and general service requests
- Maintain accurate records, customer profiles, and booking documentation
- Participate in online trainings, virtual meetings, and professional development activities

Qualifications
