Position Overview
We are growing our team and inviting individuals who enjoy working with people and recommending travel experiences to join us as Travel Sales Consultant. In this role, you will assist prospective and returning clients by identifying travel options that match their interests and helping move their plans from ideas to confirmed arrangements.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who like communicating with clients, exploring destination possibilities, and supporting travelers while building professional skills within the travel industry. Training resources and ongoing team support are available.
Primary Duties
- Help clients explore vacation possibilities including resorts, cruises, guided tours, and packaged trips
- Recommend travel options that align with customer preferences and budgets
- Assist with coordinating reservations using approved supplier partners
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process
- Share information about current travel specials and seasonal opportunities
- Record booking details accurately within internal systems
- Respond to client questions related to trip preparation
- Support travelers as they finalize arrangements prior to departure
Candidate Profile
- Enjoys discussing travel ideas and assisting clients with decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple client requests in an organized manner
- Able to work independently using online platforms
- Basic familiarity with internet tools and digital communication systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved location
- Sales or travel experience is helpful but not required — onboarding guidance is provided
