About the Role
Our remote travel operations team is expanding, and we are looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to join us as Travel Client Support Specialists. In this position, you'll play a key role in assisting clients throughout their travel planning journey by helping organize arrangements, managing key details, and ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated experience from start to finish.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting others, staying organized, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is required comprehensive training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning needs, preferences, and scheduling requests
- Support the coordination of accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Search and evaluate travel options using approved booking platforms and supplier tools
- Provide timely updates on reservations, confirmations, and itinerary progress
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging systems
- Handle itinerary adjustments, booking updates, and follow-up support requests
- Maintain accurate and organized client records within internal systems
- Monitor supplier updates, promotions, and destination information relevant to client plans
- Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development programs
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using email, online systems, and basic computer tools
- Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or other approved regions
