About the Opportunity
Our team is currently seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our growing remote workforce as Customer Care Trip Planners. In this role, you'll support clients throughout the travel coordination process by helping manage reservations, organizing vacation details, and providing responsive assistance to create a smooth and enjoyable planning experience.
This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and building valuable customer support skills while working remotely. Full training and continued support are available for all new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with coordinating personalized travel arrangements based on preferences and travel goals
- Help organize bookings for accommodations, transportation, tours, cruises, and activities
- Research travel options and availability through approved booking platforms and supplier systems
- Provide clear communication regarding confirmations, updates, and upcoming travel details
- Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and online messaging systems
- Support itinerary modifications, scheduling changes, and follow-up requests as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
- Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities
