Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in premium travel experiences to join our team as Freelance Luxury Travel Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients with designing personalized getaway plans that may include upscale resort stays, curated cruise itineraries, and international travel experiences—all within a flexible remote work structure.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working directly with travelers, researching destinations, and supporting the creation of memorable vacation experiences. Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship are available, making this position accessible even to those entering the travel field for the first time.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with arranging travel components such as flights, accommodations, cruises, guided tours, and specialty experiences
• Provide destination insights that align with traveler interests and expectations
• Communicate with clients using email, phone, and digital platforms when appropriate
• Assist with coordinating reservations alongside established travel supplier partners
• Maintain accurate itinerary details within internal coordination systems
• Stay informed about seasonal travel opportunities and supplier promotions
• Build strong relationships that support repeat travel planning opportunities
• Help ensure a smooth planning process from inquiry through confirmation

Candidate Qualifications

• Interest in supporting clients with customized vacation planning experiences
• Strong interpersonal communication and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage tasks independently within a remote environment
• Comfortable organizing multiple client requests and timelines
• Familiarity with standard computer tools and online systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia or another approved hiring region
• Previous travel industry experience is not required training and certification resources are provided
