Position Overview
We are currently seeking detail-oriented individuals who enjoy creating personalized experiences to join our team as Custom Itinerary Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients to build tailored travel plans, organize trip details, and ensure every part of their journey is thoughtfully arranged.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining creativity with organization, communicating with clients, and exploring destination possibilities—all while working in a flexible remote environment. Training and ongoing support are provided, making this a great opportunity for both beginners and those with customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, timelines, and budgets
- Arrange travel components such as accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
- Research destinations to provide relevant options and ideas
- Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
- Coordinate booking details with travel suppliers and partners
- Ensure all itinerary information is accurate and properly documented
- Stay informed about travel updates, seasonal offers, and destination highlights
- Support clients throughout the planning process leading up to final confirmation
Candidate Qualifications
- Interest in itinerary planning and customer-focused service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client requests independently
- Comfortable using online tools and computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain Australia or other qualifying region
