As a Travel Account Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout the travel planning process. From discussing destination possibilities to coordinating reservations and trip details, you'll help ensure every experience is tailored to each client's unique preferences.
No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Learn about travelers' interests, budgets, and vacation objectives
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel packages
- Present customized travel options based on client needs and preferences
- Assist with coordinating reservations through approved supplier partners
- Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel information for accuracy
- Communicate professionally through email, phone, and online platforms
- Maintain organized client records and booking documentation
- Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities
