About the Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Travel Planning Advisors. In this role, you will help travelers organize and coordinate customized vacations while providing support throughout the trip preparation process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, exploring travel possibilities, and managing details in a flexible work-from-home environment. You'll assist clients with creating travel experiences that match their interests, schedules, and budgets while developing valuable skills within the travel industry.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation goals
- Assist in arranging travel services such as accommodations, airfare, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Research destinations, resorts, and travel experiences to identify suitable options
- Provide travelers with information that supports informed planning decisions
- Communicate professionally through email, phone, and virtual communication platforms
- Coordinate reservation requests and confirmations with travel suppliers
- Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and client information
- Monitor industry updates, supplier promotions, and destination developments
- Support clients throughout the planning journey from initial consultation to finalized arrangements
Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, or relationship-focused work
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable using online tools, software platforms, and digital communication systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
- No previous travel industry experience required; training and ongoing support are provided
