About the Role

  • Provide on-site technical support for desktop PCs - both software and hardware
  • Set up computers and install software systems
  • Support in-house applications and market data
  • Perform basic hardware moves and changes
  • Record and manage all incidents and client requests in ticket-tracking system
  • Timely resolution of issues
  • Report to managers of project progress, significant problems and expected delays

About You

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 years related working experience in technical support role
  • Familiar with PC/Mac hardware & software
  • Familiar with Windows, Office 365, Mobile Device, and other desktop application support
  • Analytical with sound communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and independently
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
