About the Job

  • Support the ICT Solutions (Data Network, Wi-Fi Network, Cyber Security) in the Pre-Sales Team
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and explore business opportunities and turn them into revenues
  • Lead a business discussion, influence client's decisions, and establish/maintain good relationship with clients
  • The major target is Medium to Small customers [Mid-Market / SME Market]
  • Be involved in client engagement activities to understand technical needs for the clients' business Tailor-make competitive solutions and product collateral to clients
  • Respond to RFI/RFP and responsible for solution and technical write-up, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design and scopes
  • Present solution and conduct demonstration to clients Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team

About You

  • Diploma / Degree holder in computer, IT or related disciplines
  • 3 years above pre-sales support experience in Network [Routing, Switching, WAN, LAN, SD-WAN] / Wireless LAN Solution
  • Knowledge of Fixed Telecommunications Network Services (FTNS) would be an advantage
  • Technical knowledge in either LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN, Micro-Segmentation, vendor products on Cisco, H3C, Huawei, Juniper, Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki, Fortinet Network
  • Knowledge of multiple technology domains and/or industries (i.e., financial, hotel, retail, public sector, etc.) would be an advantage
  • Holder of market-leading professional certifications like Cisco, Aruba, H3C, Huawei, Juniper would be an advantage
  • Strong ability to identify, document and articulate the business and technical requirements of a prospective customer during the full sales cycle, proposal, post-sale transition
  • Strong ability to understand and describe solution and architecture and its ability to interoperate with prospective customer IT infrastructure
  • Sound technology background with efficient communication skills to all organizational levels
  • Result-driven, excellent customer management with proposal preparation and presentation skills good command in written/spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
