Job Description
- Supports pre-sales activity of Unified Communication and Contact Center solution offerings
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and explore business opportunities and turn them into revenues
- Lead a business discussion, influence client's decisions, and establish/maintain good relationship with clients
- Be involved in client engagement activities to understand technical needs for the clients' business
- Tailor-make competitive solutions and product collateral to clients
- Respond to RFI/RFP and responsible for solution and technical write-up, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design and scopes
- Present solution and conduct demonstration to clients
- Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team
About You
- High Diploma or above in computer, IT or related disciplines
- Holder of Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCNP Voice) qualification, credential with CCIE (Collaboration) will be a definite advantage
- Experience in design and delivery of IP Telephony solutions with Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Asterisk or MS Teams
- Has good knowledge in Telephony such as T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, SIP Trunks and FXS stations
- Familiar with IP-PBX, IP phones, gateways, PoE switches, MCU and Video Conference systems. Understand and experience in implementing Quality of Service (QoS) for voice network
- Experience in Contact Center solution with omnichannel and chatbot design would be an advantage
- At least 5 years in the above-mentioned capacity specifically as a solution architect or consultant with a large solutions integration firm
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Consultant
