- Primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and support to clients, resolve application issues.
- Application Support and maintenance: Provide timely and effective support to clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues related to business software and systems.
- Incident Management: Assist to manage and prioritize incoming support requests through various channels and ensure timely resolution according to defined service level agreements.
- Problem Analysis: Perform root cause analysis with team to identify the underlying causes of recurring issues and propose solutions or workarounds to prevent future occurrences.
- Work with the professional service team on change requests, UAT (User acceptance test) and project rollout.

- Degree holder in IT, computer science or equivalent;
- 1-2 years IT working experience in application support or development, fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered.
- Hands-on experience in Windows and Unix/Linux
- Familiar with SQL, java, VB.net or C# is an advantage
- Knowledge client/server base system architecture is an advantage
- Team player and self-motivated
- Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
- On-site work required
