  • Primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and support to clients, resolve application issues.
  • Application Support and maintenance: Provide timely and effective support to clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues related to business software and systems.
  • Incident Management: Assist to manage and prioritize incoming support requests through various channels and ensure timely resolution according to defined service level agreements.
  • Problem Analysis: Perform root cause analysis with team to identify the underlying causes of recurring issues and propose solutions or workarounds to prevent future occurrences.
  • Work with the professional service team on change requests, UAT (User acceptance test) and project rollout.

The follow attributes will be valued...

  • Degree holder in IT, computer science or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years IT working experience in application support or development, fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered.
  • Hands-on experience in Windows and Unix/Linux
  • Familiar with SQL, java, VB.net or C# is an advantage
  • Knowledge client/server base system architecture is an advantage
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
  • On-site work required
