Job Description:

  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive sales, customer engagement and brand awareness
  • Identify traffic growth potential, conversion and customer engagement optimization opportunities on Web and App, and work closely with different stakeholders on implementation
  • Manage digital materials to ensure high quality content and effective messaging that resonates with target audience
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all digital channels to identify areas for optimization including Web, App, Email, whatsapp and social media
  • Work closely with digital agency to plan and implement SEM and SEO strategies
  • Strong analytical capability including proven experience with online traffic analysis tools and implementing tracking mechanisms; Able to transform data into actionable business insights to support decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative strategies

Requirements:

  • Degree in e-Commerce, Information System, Marketing, Business related disciplines
  • At least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, CRM or E-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in Google Analytics4, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, social media management tools and email marketing platforms
  • Experience in BI tools like Tableau and Power BI will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese
