Job Description:
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive sales, customer engagement and brand awareness
- Identify traffic growth potential, conversion and customer engagement optimization opportunities on Web and App, and work closely with different stakeholders on implementation
- Manage digital materials to ensure high quality content and effective messaging that resonates with target audience
- Monitor and analyse the performance of all digital channels to identify areas for optimization including Web, App, Email, whatsapp and social media
- Work closely with digital agency to plan and implement SEM and SEO strategies
- Strong analytical capability including proven experience with online traffic analysis tools and implementing tracking mechanisms; Able to transform data into actionable business insights to support decision making
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative strategies
Requirements:
- Degree in e-Commerce, Information System, Marketing, Business related disciplines
- At least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, CRM or E-commerce
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in Google Analytics4, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, social media management tools and email marketing platforms
- Experience in BI tools like Tableau and Power BI will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese
