About the job (Senior) Account Manager - Service Solution & Office Supply

What effort do you need to make?

As part of the Sales & Account Management team, you are responsible for:

  • To formulate sales strategy and plans to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • To sell and promote our outsourcing services, administration managed services, box moving and Office supply services likes stationery / IT hardware (laptop/adaptor) / carbon toner / papers to the Public Sector and corporate clients.
  • To achieve monthly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies
  • To process inquiries and orders in an accurate manner;
  • To manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skillful way.
  • To keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports.

  • Lets check if you are

    • Diploma or above
    • At least 3 years sales & marketing experience;
    • Good communication and presentation skills;
    • Proactive, aggressive and independent;
    • Good command of English and Chinese;
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office
    • Experience in Service Solutions / Office Supplies industry is highly preferred
    • More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Account Manager
