About the job (Senior) Account Manager - Service Solution & Office Supply
What effort do you need to make?
As part of the Sales & Account Management team, you are responsible for:
- To formulate sales strategy and plans to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- To sell and promote our outsourcing services, administration managed services, box moving and Office supply services likes stationery / IT hardware (laptop/adaptor) / carbon toner / papers to the Public Sector and corporate clients.
- To achieve monthly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies
- To process inquiries and orders in an accurate manner;
- To manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skillful way.
- To keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports.
Lets check if you are
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 years sales & marketing experience;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proactive, aggressive and independent;
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Experience in Service Solutions / Office Supplies industry is highly preferred
- More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Account Manager
