Job Description

  • Supports pre-sales activities of services providers and carrier sales team
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and explore business opportunities and turn them into revenues
  • Be involved in client engagement activities to understand technical needs for the clients' business
  • Tailor-make competitive solutions and product collateral to clients
  • Be responsible for solutions and technical write-up, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design and scopes
  • Prepare technical proposal and present solutions to clients
  • Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales or consultant role at local/global telecom providers
  • Certified with CCNP/JNCIP
  • Pre-sales support for carrier and wholesale customers is preferred
  • Hands-on technical expertise on routing & switching in network operations or provisioning
  • Equipped with technical knowledge on major FTNS services: Dark Fibre, Wavelength, Metro Ethernet, Internet, Subsea/Terrestrial Cables, Data Centre, Wireless Communication
  • Equipped with technical knowledge of voice network is a plus
  • Working experiences in SI/ICT sectors is an advantage
  • Process good presentation, writing, negotiation, analytics, problem-solving skills
