Assistant Manager (Network)

About the Role

• Lead project team members for deployment and migration

• Provide consultative direction and technical advice relating to network infrastructure

• Be responsible for low level design of network infrastructure

• Work on network implementation projects for LAN/WAN, wireless and firewalls

• Provide technical planning and on-site deployment

• Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Develop documentation manual and provide briefing session of project completion to customer

• Be a team player to work closely with Project Managers and other parties

• Occasionally work during non-office hours according to project requirements

• Occasionally take shift duty for emergency call according to project requirements

About You

• Higher diploma or above in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of network engineering experience in telecommunication / IT industry

• Team leading experience would be an advantage

• Hands-on experience with Huawei / H3C products is an advantage

• Holder of Huawei / H3C / Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet certification is an advantage

• Work independently, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills & work under pressure

• Good problem-solving skills

• Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate work in an efficient and effective manner

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
