About the role

  • Responsible for product life cycle of Apple solutions planning and development, defining Tablet/Laptop/Mobile Product specification, offer and delivery lead time
  • Manage product portfolio and provide the residential and enterprise market with extensive Apple solutions of hardware, software, cloud, etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Apple and other vendors to optimize the sourcing, pricing, and availability of Apple Solutions products
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the reselling business of Apple Solutions products
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to ongoing performance of Tablet/Laptop/Mobile Product
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration needed to progress product/platform development
  • Provide day-to-day support to different stakeholders, including but not limited to product, projects, pre-sales and post-sales team, to ensure timely and successful delivery of products to market


About You

  • Degree holder or equivalent level in any disciplines, preferably in IT or related disciplines, 5+ years experience in product management, preferably within the technology industry
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Apple's product portfolio and ecosystem is an advantage
  • Experience in reselling Apple products or working within an Apple authorized reseller environment is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, with ability to drive performance management
  • Show professionalism in big-picture Apple product strategy discussions
  • Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Ability to adapt a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Able to work collaboratively and multi-functionally throughout the entire organization
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate Director
