Job Summary

We are is seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Solution Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience or above in the field of enterprise solution marketing and should possess strong leadership and communication skills. As Enterprise Solution Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue for our enterprise solution offerings. You will work closely with the sales, product and business development teams to develop and execute campaigns, solution launches, and other marketing initiatives.


About the role

Enterprise Solution Marketing

  • Work with the solution team to develop messaging and positioning for enterprise solutions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales decks, case studies, white papers, and other materials that support sales efforts.
  • Develop solution GTM messages and campaigns that align with overall marketing strategy
  • Liaising with key technology vendors for joint marketing campaigns

Campaign Management

  • Work with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and other activities that promote enterprise solutions to target customers.

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue for enterprise solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and company values.

Budget Management

  • Manage budgets and ensure that marketing spend is optimized to drive maximum ROI.

Cross-functional Team Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing programs are aligned with business objectives and company values.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials that support the sales process.



About the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4 years or above of experience in enterprise solution marketing, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing preferred.
  • Experience in managing budgets and tracking ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
