What efforts you need to make for this role?

  • Manage a small team
  • Oversee the resolution of daily operational issues by the team
  • Handle the preparation of bad debt and customer payments reconciliation
  • Collaborate and liaise with the Finance, Customer Service, and Sales teams regarding outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely settlement
  • Monitor weekly cash balance and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) and taking necessary actions to reduce ECL
  • Compile monthly reports for management review
  • Coordinate with payment service providers for implementation purposes

Lets check if you are /have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of related experience in Credit Management field
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably leading a small team.
  • Proficient in financial reconciliation, specifically in preparing bad debt and customer payments reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Customer Service, and Sales.
  • Strong coordination and negotiation skills to work with payment service providers for implementation purposes.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
