About the Role

  • Report to Chief Transformation Officer, assist CTO to drive overall business direction, business model and marketing strategy for the mobile business
  • Lead, guide & support the team to develop and execute online and offline marketing plans, promotional campaigns for our residential solutions business products, such as mobile services, IDD & messaging, oversea data roaming, (over-the-top) OTT, gadget & VAS offering
  • Work closely with internal departments including but not limited product development, IT, legal, compliance, marketing communications, customer service, sales channels and other marketing teams to ensure excellence in user experience and the execution of marketing initiatives
  • Proactively bring innovative, creative and insights-driven initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints in order to engage with target customers
  • Monitor the performance tracking and evaluation of digital channels across Social, Display, Search, etc. with the goal to provide ongoing and actionable recommendations for future development and enhancement
  • Interpret business/industry opportunities to recommend and execute best practices-based and commercially-viable solutions and ongoing enhancements

About You

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, business development & partnership and digital with at least 2 years of managerial position preferably in mobile business related industry.
  • Strong Subject Matter Expertise in online and mobile channels, with experience working with:
  1. Major web/app tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 360, Adobe Omniture)
  2. Social marketing technologies, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
  3. Marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce
  • Strong commercial aptitude. Able to balance risk-and-rewards to manage profitability and burn-rate for digital projects
  • Analytical and intellectually curious, with a strong sense for business and platform performance tracking metrics
  • Dynamic team player, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. A cross-functional influencer with the ability to build strong business and working relationships with internal and external parties, and comfortable communicating ideas to all levels of stakeholders
  • Young and energetics teammate preferred; Passionate candidates with less experiences will be considered as Manager - Marketing
