NOC Engineer (Cyberport)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the server system administration, configuration, and Cloud service provisioning.
• Provide support on Windows Servers, Active Directory and O365.
• Capacity planning on server system including Wintel and Linux systems such as Ubuntu.
• Handle incoming call from end users related to Cloud service provisioning.
• Organize Ad-hoc project schedules and resources with customers, vendors and third parties.
• Regular server system patches updating implementation.
• Night duty may be required if needed.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science / Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in IT&T or NOC.
• At least one IT professional certificate, e.g., CCNA, MCSE, etc.
• Knowledge of Windows / Linux Server, Active Directory, and virtualization preferred.
• Good organization, prioritization, and time management.
• Able to work independently and communicate well with stakeholders.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
