Technical Support - IT/Server/Storage Support

About the Role...

• Provide installation/deployment of Server, Storage, UPS & IoT product.
• IT relocation project implementation.
• Implementation of Windows server and backup application.
• Provide technical support or hardware maintenance of Server, Storage, UPS & IoT product.
• Provide preventive maintenance and remote hand support service for IT equipment in datacenter
• Working hour is Mon to Fri (0900 to 1730), Alternate Sat (0900 to1230)
• Non-office hour work or 7x24 standby is needed.

About You...

• Diploma or certificate in Computer science/IT or Electronic engineering
• More than 2 years experience in IT/Server/Storage support, less experience could be considered as engineer position
• Willing to learn
• Self-motivated, excellent communication skill
