Specialist/Senior Specialist - Business Process Management
- Responsible for analysing, developing, and implementing strategies to optimize business processes
- Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Assist Business Process Manager to lead, drive and monitor target key process improvement projects and systems implementation including workflow design, and process re-engineering
- Develop improvement strategies to enhance operating efficiency, quality, performance and cost effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate business requirements to develop and implement process changes with positive attitude
- Provide admin support including documenting all process changes and updates, preparing meetings and presentations
- Develop training materials and deliver training and support to stakeholders on new processes
- Handle Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of project management/business analyst experience
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and business process re-engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in using Visio is a plus
