Specialist/Senior Specialist - Business Process Management

  • Responsible for analysing, developing, and implementing strategies to optimize business processes
  • Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist Business Process Manager to lead, drive and monitor target key process improvement projects and systems implementation including workflow design, and process re-engineering
  • Develop improvement strategies to enhance operating efficiency, quality, performance and cost effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate business requirements to develop and implement process changes with positive attitude
  • Provide admin support including documenting all process changes and updates, preparing meetings and presentations
  • Develop training materials and deliver training and support to stakeholders on new processes
  • Handle Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of project management/business analyst experience
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and business process re-engineering
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in using Visio is a plus
