The Residential Marketing team is looking for Talent who has experience in coordinating partnership projects with relevant experience in insurance or finance industry. This role is to open up a new business stream on insurance products by partnering one of the top multi-national insurance companies to drive residential business through strategic partnership.
What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Drive residential business through strategic partnership with enterprise solution customers from various industries
- Manage high-level relationship management with key partners and explore partnership opportunity to optimize the residential business
- Excel the full potential of HKBNs Residential Market to lead and develop a new Insurance Product business stream
- Liaise internal and partners IT and backend department to develop and maintain the platform and workflow
- Design new product go-to-market strategy includes target market segments, marketing plan and a concrete sales and distribution strategy
- Work with Responsible Officer to ensure the operation and marketing collateral comply with regulatory requirements
- Identity new business opportunities, in particular on digitalization with business partners
- Develop, implement, and execute of digital marketing strategies, collateral, digital content to drive online Residential Business
Let's check if you are/have
- Degree holder or above in Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership marketing, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably in the insurance or finance industry
- Talent with Insurance related experience with professional insurance qualifications (Insurance Intermediary Qualification Examination (IIQE)) is a plus
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue
- Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership
- Customer oriented with good business acumen and negotiation skills
- Good command of written English and Chinese
