Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, upsell, and retention in alignment with the go-to-market strategy
  • Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
  • Supervise design and copywriting of creative concepts for various formats of content with in-house marketing team and designers
  • Determine product positioning, selling points, value prepositions and key messages, create compelling marketing & promotion programs with Marketing team to reach the right segment
  • Develop and package training content on related products
  • Keep abreast in market trend, collect market intelligence and conduct analysis
  • Work closely with Product Managers to define and execute go-to-market strategies, considering competition, market trends and customer insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging across channels, maintaining a clear and concise communication strategy
  • Identify strategic partnerships that expand product exposure, collaborating with external partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to negotiate and manage partnerships for mutual growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplines
  • 3-5 years of working experience in consumer marketing / technology / telecom industry
  • Possess strong creative mind and familiar with content marketing
  • Strong project management, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details, results-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Salesforce/Google Analytics will be a plus
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
  • Candidate with short notice or immediately available will be preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Officer
