About the Role

  • Handle day-to-day customer enquiries/ complaints from Social media (e.g. Facebook)
  • Handle verbal and written customer enquiries/ complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain consistent and excellent service to customers
  • Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Collate and review reports regarding social media mentions, response levels etc. for management analysis

About You

  • Degree holder or High Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year customer service experience
  • Customer-oriented, detail-minded, with outgoing personality and good communication skills
  • Open-minded team player, flexible, adaptive thinker and fun spirit
  • Curiosity to learn new things, not afraid of taking challenges and initiatives, ask questions and implement strategies
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Familiar with PC software (e.g. MS Word & Excel)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Shift duty is required (Mon to Sun ; 09:00 - 22:00 any 9 hours) with Shift Allowance
  • Candidate with more Customer Service experience will be considered as Senior Customer Care Executive
