Job Title: Solution Sales Specialist Enterprise Application

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant with a strong background in solution selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions, particularly in the areas of application integration, modernization, and digital transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of our offerings and the ability to effectively communicate and present these solutions to our customers. The Sales Consultant will play a key role in expanding our footprint within existing and new industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for our range of application solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with our customers and key stakeholders across various industry sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Lead and participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Drive strategic and solution-based sales for complex, large-scale opportunities.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with C-level executives, demonstrating deep understanding of their sectors and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of proposed solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application solution selling and pre-sales activities.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in selling application solutions such as application modernization, business automation, IT service management and asset management, and ERP.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on VIP and enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of success in the FSI is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
