Cloud Administrator (AWS)

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking components.
• Monitor the performance of cloud-based infrastructure, diagnosing and troubleshooting AWS issues.
• Implement preventive security measures to protect AWS resources. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
• Develop and implement automation processes to simplify and streamline the management of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Support to gather data and prepare tender requirement
• Manage vendors and review project plan and/or change plan
• Verify the deliverables from vendor to make sure align with requirement

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in IT related discipline.
• Relevant experience in managing AWS
• Relevant experience in managing Azure is a advantage
• Proficiency in managing AWS resources, including virtual machines, databases, and networking components.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to address issues promptly.
• Effective communication to interact with stakeholders and convey technical information.
