About this role
- Act as business driver and HRBP role to offer consultative and professional talent advices and solutions to other business functions heads on all Talent Engagement related matters and market information updates
- Provide full spectrum of Talent Engagement functions such as talent acquisition and other talent services including but not limited to maintenance of Talent data, resolving Talent Management enquires in a professional manner
- Assist section head in collaborating with business functions to drive business strategies and objectives by formulating new Talent Engagement practices, procedures and policies
- Assist in Talent Engagement initiatives and projects as assigned
About You
- Bachelors Degree, Degree in HRM, Business Management or relevant discipline is an advantage
- Around 2-3 years of solid Recruitment/ Account Serving / HR Business Partner experience in multinational or sizable companies is preferred
- Proactive, quality-driver, organized, resourceful and a team player
- Excellent English and Chinese written and communication skills is a huge advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in MS Office applications
- Less experience may be considered as Talent Services Assistant
