System Engineer (Cyberport)

Job Description

• Handle technical tickets of all incidents and faults at NOC.
• Able to independently handle routine NOC tasks, such as log checking, physical access control, and configuration of networking devices.
• Troubleshooting & resolve the incident and problem tickets with SLA.
• Deliver project management service to customers' projects, including project planning, task scheduling, controlling, and monitoring of project execution, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Lead and perform tasks, including project deployment.
• Ensure the project milestones and deliverables are timely and meet the required quality standard.
• Liaise effectively with the internal department, vendors, and partners on the service provisions process.

About you

• A university degree holder in IT or related is preferred.
• Around 2-3 years of experience in network administration and Data Centre/NOC operations.
• Experiences in "ServiceNow" and "CyberArk" operations and administration are preferred.
• Experience in Incident and Change management handling is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of network switches, routers, firewall configurations, and troubleshooting, including Cisco. Juniper and Huawei.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Command of communicating and writing in both English and Chinese languages.
