System Analyst / Assistant Manager - IT

About the role

• Report to Assistant Manager / Manager in requirement study, design and development
• Interact with users to understand business requirements
• Coordinate with vendors for application development
• Prepare documentation such as functional and technical specifications
• Design system architecture
• Provide system support for troubleshooting and problem-solving

About You

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Solid experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Java
• Experience with Oracle BRM or other telecommunications billing system is highly preferred
• Experience in any of the following aspects will be an advantage
  • DevOps, Micro Services
  • REST API
  • Mulesoft programming
• Strong programming knowledge and logic thinking skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good leadership, teamwork and communication skill
• Self-motivated and independent
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
