About the role

• Work with cross-functional teams and provide marketing support in residential retention team (e.g. gather market intelligence, prepare marketing plans, and operation of sending promotion material for retention service by salesforce)
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Test) for platform development and enhancement
• Assist in budget management and coordinate for monthly accrual preparation
• Handle Ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

About You

• Higher Diploma/Certificate in business administration or marketing related disciplines
• 2 years of working experiences in operations / backend supports preferred, but fresh graduate will also be considered
• Responsible, detail-minded and independent, able to work under pressure in dynamic working environment
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Marketing Officer
• Immediate available will be an advantage
