Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) is a joint venture company between Rolls-Royce plc (50%) and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO, a Swire company) (50%). Founded in 1997, HAESL was established on combining the strength of Rolls-Royce as an industry-leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and HAECO’s more than 35 years of experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) expertise on aircraft engines.

In the decades since then, HAESL has become one of the world’s most respected aviation and engineering names offering the highest quality, world-class turnaround time, and most comprehensive engine repair and overhaul service to our customers, including many of the world’s most respected airlines. This work was carried out by a meticulous and proficient team of dedicated professionals, internally trained to perform and produce at exacting safety and quality standards of the global aviation industry. The company’s purpose-built facility in Tseung Kwan O Innopark, New Territories, Hong Kong, includes some 600,000 square feet and is the only one of its kind in Hong Kong.
