Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all maintenance is performed in accordance with company, regulatory authorities and customer requirements through independent internal process / product audits and compliance checks.
• Perform root cause investigations and help implement corrective actions.
• Support and implement initiatives to enhance quality awareness.

Requirements:

• High diploma or above.
• Good knowledge of problem solving skills, such as cause-effect diagram, 5 whys, etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Fluent in spoken Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and highly self motivated.
