About the job HR Generalist/Recruiter
Responsibilities:
*for a US-based client
- Assist with recruiting tasks necessary to screen and offer candidates. This includes resume review, job ad creation and management, interviewing (screening), assisting with sourcing (headhunting), and coordinating interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation tasks including but not limited to: coordinating times to meet, gathering photos or documents needed, and facilitating onboarding calls to ensure logins needed are set up and accessible for the new hire.
- Keep up-to-date employee records for all active and terminated employees. This includes the HRIS, along with various documents and sheets used to track metrics and insights.
Important Reminders:
- must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
- must be willing and able to work the night shift
- must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
- must be able to start right away
Qualifications:
- Atleast 1yr exp with HR Admin Task and Recruitment
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Proactivity and self-direction
- Interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, Evening/Graveyard shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
