Administrative VA/Data Entry Specialist
About the job Administrative VA/Data Entry Specialist
Responsibilities:
- will be doing data entry on billings, invoices, and sales;
- Google sheet discrepancies support;
- Will be doing follow ups/call reschedules, and answer representative inquiries regarding pay;
- Will plot points and calculate usage;
- Will update M2S (Marketing to Sales) and Install Dates into the system/CRM/sheets;
- Will handle Miscellaneous Tasks in TickTick App
- Occasionally do graphic designing
Important Reminders:
- must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City, Cebu office
- must be willing and able to work the night shift
- must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
- must be able to start right away
Qualifications:
- Excellent typing skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Excel, and Google Suite (esp Google Spreadsheets).
- has experience with high caliber data entry
- basic graphic design skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Atleast 6 months work experience on same/related role
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
