About the job Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on bid invitations
  • Analyzing plans, product types and costs meticulously to formulate a comprehensive takeoff list.
  • Maximizing the spreadsheet data to generate a manufacturer quote, facilitating finalizing pricing details, and using that pricing to craft a comprehensive bid proposal.
  • Reaching out to the project manager(s)/ project designers to submit a Request for Information (RFI) for clarification on project details as needed.
  • Will be responsible for submitting the proposal/bid according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Reaching out to the company to follow up on the acknowledgment of the bid submission.
  • Learning how to use new lead-generating platforms and utilizing these platforms.
  • Utilizing multiple Bid generating platforms.

  • must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
  • must be willing and able to work the night shift
  • must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
  • must be able to start right away

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services or products to prospects
  • Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients
  • knowledge with spreadsheet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities

Job Type: Full-time
