About the job Accounting/Financial Assistant (for US-based client)

Responsibilities:

  • will be helping with onboarding new sales rep recruits for the client, which includes adding them to pay systems, ordering tools and merchandise, and planning travel;
  • will be handling Bookkeeping, Quickbooks support, billings, and invoices, tracking commissions for sales reps;
  • arranging travel plans and itineraries;
  • general administrative tasks such as updating documents, organizing and preparing reports or presentations, email and calendar management,
  • Web research: researching important data, statistics, and facts for presentations or blogs.
  • do some light designing for event promos, graphics, and social media

Important Reminders:

  • must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
  • must be willing and able to work the night shift
  • must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
  • must be able to start right away

Qualifications:

  • has experience with Bookkeeping and Quickbooks or a financial background
  • has knowledge about commissions or payroll administration
  • basic graphic design skills
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Proactivity and self-direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
